Tell me where it hurts, and I'll tell you what to read next.
I’m about to save you around thirty hours of reading.
There are over 183 articles here as of July 2026 (how have I written so much? I’d never have believed this when I first got started here). You don’t need them all. You need the one that matches whatever is stealing your headspace right now. So instead of my life story you’d politely skim, here’s what you’d get in my clinic: triage.
First, wherever you are: download Quiet, my free five day crash course. One step a day, one small thing to do, and by day five you’ll know why willpower was never the problem.
Then find which article below best matches what you need right now.
If food is the loudest thing in your head all day:
If you’re feeling a l’il feminist fury at how eating seems to be tougher for women:
If the scale decides your mood before breakfast:
If you’re starving by 11am no matter how “well” you ate:
If twenty years of diet culture left you afraid of actual food:
If menopause changed the rules and nobody bothered to tell you:
If you want fat loss that finally lasts:
If you want to know who’s writing all this:
Find the one for where you are today. A new article arrives most Tuesdays.
One more thing, about change itself.
Every woman who finds me wants immediate change. Don’t we all! I completely get it, and I’m not a patient person when it comes to myself either. On my first day of school, age four, I wailed to my mum because after six whole hours I still couldn’t read, and I felt like a failure. Tell me you’re a recovering perfectionist without telling me you’re a recovering perfectionist.
But change that lasts doesn’t happen in a day (sorry, four year old me). Few skills develop overnight. Real change starts smaller than we want it to: one small step, one question, admitting where we’re really stuck. Not where we think we should say we are stuck. Where we actually are.
That’s how every woman I’ve worked with created her own calm around food, got stronger through menopause, and got back to sleeping properly. One accurate starting point, one small action, repeated. Not one of them did it all at once. (You can see more cool stuff they’ve achieved here)
So, tell me. Where are you really stuck right now?
Your vote decides what I build next. My next member perk gets made to solve the exact problem most of you pick. And if you’ve got more to say than a poll can hold, the comments are open. Tell me where you are.
Before you go: did you grab Quiet? I don’t want you scrolling past the free thing that starts everything. Here it is again.
And when you’re ready, four more ways I can help you:
